About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Hang Seng Bank. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations and preparation of food items, ensuring the highest quality of food production, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of food items for daily operations
  • Ensure the highest quality of food production

  • Conduct duties in a courteous, safe, and efficient manner

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of related working experience in Chinese cuisine, preferably in Chinese premium dining restaurants, clubhouses, or Chinese banqueting at luxury hotels
  • Experience in Western dessert preparation is an advantage
  • Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
