This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned learning professional to join our team as a Senior Learning and Leadership Partner. As a critical member of our corporate learning team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering highly complex or customized learning experiences that meet the needs of our corporate teams in our Store Support Centres (SSC) and lululemon Liaison Office (LLO). You will also serve as a strategic business partner and consultant to senior leaders and P&C Business Partners in assessing learning needs through performance analysis, utilizing diagnostic tools to determine the basis of performance gaps.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop highly complex or customized learning experiences that meet the needs of our corporate teams.
  • Partner with senior leaders and business partners to co-create long-term learning strategies for their teams and departments.
  • Serve as a strategic business partner and consultant to senior leaders and P&C Business Partners in assessing learning needs through performance analysis, utilizing diagnostic tools to determine the basis of performance gaps.
  • Enable, communicate, and manage the delivery of training and development for APAC SSC+ LLO teams through the most effective method/channel.
  • Instruct, develop, and coach peers to build, assess, and implement learning solutions.
  • Identify, prepare, and develop facilitators to support the delivery of training programs, in addition to co-design and delivery of Train-the-Trainer to ensure a best-in-class learning experience across the SSC and LLO.
  • Coach and consult at the individual and team level.
  • Create and implement change management strategies.
  • Design and facilitate a wide range of conversations and events, including large-scale offsites that require the support of an expert facilitator.

  • You have strengths in organization and influence; solutions-oriented problem-solving.
  • You hold a BA degree or certificate in Business, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, or Education.
  • You have certification in Coaching or 3+ years' experience preferred.
