The Role: We're seeking a Business Development Manager – Chinese Speaking with strong knowledge of the mobile gaming industry to join our team remotely from China.
This role involves leading efforts to grow partnerships with Chinese-speaking game developers and studios, expanding our global footprint in the gaming ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach mobile gaming companies in the Chinese-speaking market to introduce Torox's user acquisition solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with game developers and decision-makers to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Drive revenue growth by onboarding new gaming partners and expanding existing relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, and operations) to align business strategies and maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations to partners.
- Represent Torox at industry events, trade shows, and online conferences (when applicable).
Requirements:
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) – written and spoken; strong English skills for internal communication.
- 2+ years of experience in business development or account management, preferably within mobile gaming or AdTech.
- A deep understanding of the gaming industry, user acquisition strategies, and monetization models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign optimization and data interpretation.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
- Experience with Offerwall or Rewarded advertising platforms is a plus.
