About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Finance Manager to join our investment product team in Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of our investment products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our investment products.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal partners, vendors, and regulators to ensure effective workflow, sales, and operational processes are executed in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of existing products, identifying areas for improvement and innovation opportunities.
  • Presentation and Reporting: Prepare updates and presentation decks for senior management and other key decision-makers on product performance and market trends.
  • Budgeting: Maintain cost budgeting for the investment product team.
Requirements:
  • Education: University graduate in business, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in investment/wealth management with sound project management skills, preferably in fixed income, securities, structured products, and loans.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical mind, good business sense, and excellent communication skills. Experience in private banking is an advantage.
  • Career Level: The ideal candidate will be considered for a Manager position. However, candidates with less experience may also be considered for this role.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is HK$80,000 - HK$120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
