{"About the Role": "We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Actuarial Analyst to join our team at AXA Hong Kong and Macau. As a key member of our actuarial team, you will be responsible for providing actuarial services on product development projects and actuarial projects relating to business development. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing data and results to provide meaningful explanations of results and trends, and in making recommendations that are relevant to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Pricing Manager in providing actuarial services on product development projects and actuarial projects relating to business development
* Analyze data and results to provide meaningful explanations of results and trends
* Prepare actuarial reports and results summaries in appropriate form for stakeholders
* Coordinate with other actuarial and technical teams on assumptions, methodology, results, and information required
* Manage experience studies
* Assist in planning and managing workflow for the team in line with priorities
* Review work of junior staff for consistency, reasonableness, comprehensiveness, and suitability for purpose
* Provide ad-hoc support for the local business in line with priorities
* Support the business units in handling reinsurance arrangements and queries
* Propose and implement improvements to regular departmental processes, analyses, reports, and documentation
* Maintain a clearly documented audit trail of data, assumptions, methods, and financial results
* Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes

Requirements:

* Passed SOA preliminary exams (Exams P, FM, MFE, MLC, C) or equivalent
* At least four years' experience in the Life Insurance industry
* Good command of business English, both in written and spoken form
