Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Assistant Catering Manager in daily clerical and operative works, including staff supervision and inventory management;
  2. Oversee the operation of service and kitchen areas to ensure food productivity, hygiene, and safety standards are met;
  3. Provide training to the team on catering guidelines and policies;
  4. Lead the service team to deliver exceptional customer service during events such as buffets, banquets, and fine dining functions;
  5. Responsible for catering inventory control and stock take;
  6. Handle customer enquiries and complaints effectively;
  7. Prepare duty rosters for Waiting Staff and Catering Attendants;
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by senior staff.
Requirements
  • Completion of Form 5 and holder of Certificate in Food and Beverage Operations or equivalent is an advantage;
  • A minimum of 8 years' relevant working experience with 3 years at supervisory level;
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese.
