The Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. As a senior executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Textiles/Clothing, or a related field.">
• 5+ years of managerial experience in sales, marketing, or merchandising, preferably in the infant and kids' garment industry.">
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.">
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and growth objectives in the US and European markets.">
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the US and Europe.">
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the US and Europe.">
• Work closely with clients to understand their merchandising needs and provide tailored solutions for infant and kids' garments.">
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote infant and kids' garments in the US and Europe.">
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve Team KPI.">
• Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement in the US and European markets.">
• Collaborate with other departments, such as design and production, to ensure alignment with overall business goals.">

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work based in the HK office with trips to Vietnam (2 hours flight from Hong Kong). A 5-day workweek and 14 days annual leave are provided. Additionally, a 13-month salary guarantee, performance bonus, and medical insurance are offered.
