Commercial Director

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Commercial Director to join our team at JPC TEXSON LTD. As a Commercial Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow the brand in the Hong Kong market. This is a unique opportunity to work for a leading Japanese food & beverage brand and make a real impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow the brand in the Hong Kong market;
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats;
- Develop and execute brand positioning and growth strategies;
- Lead the Team to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients;
- Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales;

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 5+ years of managerial level experience in sales/marketing/branding of food or FMCG;
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies;
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese & Cantonese;
