Poste et missions
Responsabilités clés :
- Apporter un soutien à l'équipe de produits APAC ;
- Effectuer des recherches de marché et des analyses approfondies de la concurrence dans les marchés APAC ;
- Participer à l'amélioration continue de la gamme de produits dans la région ;
- Coordonner l'analyse d'impact sur les BDU APAC pour les projets de produits transversaux tels que la rationalisation des produits ;
- Coordonner les lancements de nouvelles classes d'actions / produits et les demandes de registration et soutenir les BDU APAC dans le développement de cas d'affaires ;
- Aider à l'évaluation des opportunités de partenariat, y compris la revue stratégique et l'analyse de produits ;
- Autres tâches ad hoc selon les demandes du management APAC.
Profil et compétences requises
Natixis IM Hong Kong Limited recherche un VIE qui soutiendra l'équipe de produits APAC pour rejoindre l'entreprise en Q3 2024.
Critères de sélection :
- Titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire en finance ou un domaine connexe ;
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'actifs ou dans une entreprise liée ;
- Expérience dans le développement de produits / stratégie de produits sera un atout ;
- Intérêt fort pour les sujets financiers et les tendances du marché ;
- Connaissances en gestion de projet ;
- Compétences en organisation et en présentation ;
- Capacité prouvée à gérer plusieurs tâches et flexibilité pour travailler sur un large éventail de projets ;
- Esprit d'équipe et motivation pour apprendre rapidement ;
- Fluence écrite et orale en anglais (au moins niveau C1).
Ce poste est ouvert uniquement aux candidats admissibles au programme V.I.E de Business France :
- Citoyens français ou européens ;
- Âge compris entre 18 et 28 ans ;
- Originaire d'un pays autre que le pays hôte ;
- Titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire.
