- Education: Degree or above required; qualifications in HKSI preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience in retail banking or a financial institution, with customer service expertise advantageous.
- Skills: Strong sales and service orientation, independence, self-motivation, customer-centricity, and ability to work under pressure.
- Languages: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in PC applications such as MS Office and Chinese inputs.
- Additional Requirements: May require on-shift duty as needed; applicants with less experience may be considered for Personal Banking Executive roles, while those with more experience may be considered for Personal Banking Manager positions.
