Looking for a Finance Associate to become part of our team at Vita Green Health Product Company Limited. In this position, you will take on essential accounting responsibilities, including tasks related to accounts payable and receivable, as well as managing leasing and tenancy administration.



Your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Executing general accounting functions, particularly accounts payable and receivable tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely recording
  • Managing leasing issues and tenancy administration duties, ensuring proper oversight and documentation
  • Keeping precise and current records of financial transactions and lease agreements
  • Assisting with month-end financial closings and preparing necessary financial statements
  • Coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, landlords, and suppliers, to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution
  • Carrying out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

  • Possession of a diploma or degree in Accounting or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the accounting sector
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, capable of working independently, and a collaborative team member
  • More experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Finance Associate role
