Digital Product Innovation Leader

Key Responsibilities- Resolve complex design challenges through end-to-end leadership. Convert customer insights and data analytics into innovative concepts that drive product development.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly engineers, to ensure seamless transition from concept to development and final product release.
- Take a leadership role in partnership with product managers, contributing to the definition and evolution of our product roadmap. Your strategic insights will shape the direction of our offerings.
- Foster collaboration among designers across the organization, elevating the overall design standard. Continuously enhance design processes, principles, and tooling to stay at the forefront of industry innovation.
- Leverage your extensive experience to mentor and guide other designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented design team.
- Have 4-8 years of experience designing digital products/services in a B2C environment.
- Have a solid portfolio of work containing examples of design for digital products and services.
- Display expert-level skills in crafting intuitive consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile platforms. Your portfolio should showcase user-centric designs that elevate the overall user experience.
- Identify gaps and overlaps in the user journey with a focus on UX thinking. Demonstrate command of visual design principles, ensuring designs meet aesthetic and functional expectations.
- Demonstrate best practice by applying collaboration principles. Showcase your experience thriving in collaborative environments, where you've partnered with engineers, user researchers, and product teams to bring design concepts to fruition.
- Possess a strong command of design tools, particularly fluency in Figma and prototyping tools. Your proficiency in these tools should be evident in your ability to translate ideas into interactive prototypes.
- Demonstrate dedication to fostering a collaborative culture. Your low ego approach should be evident in your interactions, showcasing commitment to the collective success of the team.
- Good English language skills are required.
