Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to join our Line Maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of mechanics to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in performing maintenance tasks, defect troubleshooting, and rectification;
- Lead a team of mechanics to maintain daily operations;
- Plan and allocate manpower according to work programs and qualifications required for day-to-day aircraft maintenance activities;
- Ensure safety procedures and airworthiness regulations are strictly complied with;
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation and work cards;
- Ensure all vehicles and facilities are clean and tidy during shifts;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager, Line Maintenance.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field;
- Over 8 years of experience in airlines M&E/MRO, including 2 years of supervisory experience;
- Familiarity with the Airbus A320 series is an advantage;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to work in a team environment and make sound judgments;
- Willingness to work variable shifts;
- Good command of spoken and written English, with Chinese language skills a plus.
