About the Role
This role involves supervising concierge colleagues, ensuring exceptional guest service, and staying up-to-date on hotel functions and events. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of service and contributing to the hotel's revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Chief Concierge in implementing rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Supervise concierge colleagues' attendance and performance.
  • Act as a liaison between the Chief Concierge and teams, providing accurate and timely information to guests.
  • Train new concierges on service rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct training to maintain professional service standards.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, shipping, and packaging of parcels and baggage for guests.

Requirements
  • Higher Diploma in hospitality-related discipline or university graduate preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury hotel concierge roles, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Possess extensive industry connections.
  • Strong delegation, leadership, team management, training, and customer service skills.
  • Open-minded, service-oriented, outgoing, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
