Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert structural support advice to CoE for airframe maintenance and repair solutions
  2. Collect data and coordinate inspections with specialized teams
  3. Organize repair teams for regular onwing support and AOG operations
  4. Supervise off-site AOG repairs and ensure timely completion
  5. Maintain accurate records of fleet structure status for forecasting purposes
  6. Offer technical guidance to customers on airframe issues and repair recommendations
  7. Advise customers on inspection methods and equipment
  8. Participate in regular meetings related to duties and responsibilities
Requirements
  1. Possess excellent communication skills in English for cross-functional collaboration
  2. Cross-departmental communication is essential, both internally and with HAECO Group entities
  3. OEM training (Airbus and/or Boeing) is an added advantage
  4. Proficiency in structural inspection methods and procedures
  5. Thorough understanding of approved documentation (AMM/SRM/ASR/Part 21)
  6. Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Engineer or Supervisor positions
