- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, as well as performing membership transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality customer service in the member's lounge
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Performing membership transactions
- Promoting members' benefits and introducing members-only events or activities
- Providing supervision and training to ambassadors when necessary
Requirements:
- A higher diploma or above in any discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua
