Job Description

This role involves providing administrative support for the School of Communication and postgraduate programmes. The appointee will be responsible for planning, organising, and handling marketing activities, admission exercises, student affairs, and day-to-day management of the programme(s).

  • Coordinate programme-related activities and student events
  • Create and maintain contents on social media platforms
  • Work closely with module teachers to support programme delivery
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure high-quality programme services
  • Provide secretarial support for committees
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a recognised bachelor's degree, preferably in Journalism and Communication or a related discipline, and 2 years of relevant working experience. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) is essential.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing, possess good interpersonal and communication skills, and be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
