About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at BingX. This role will be responsible for reviewing and approving payment requests from various departments and vendors, ensuring accuracy and completeness of payment documentation, and conducting thorough checks to prevent fraudulent or erroneous payments.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve payment requests from various departments and vendors, ensuring they align with company budgets and financial policies.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of payment documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
  • Conduct thorough checks to prevent fraudulent or erroneous payments, collaborating with other departments as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of all approved and rejected payment requests, preparing regular reports on payment activities.
  • Assist in developing and improving payment approval processes and policies, liaising with banks and financial institutions as necessary.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts payable, staying updated on relevant financial regulations and ensuring compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable or payment processing.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in numerical work, proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Understanding of internal controls and audit processes, proficiency in Chinese and English is required.
