Job Description

Classy Wheeler Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Process Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business process improvement and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Review and Analysis: Regularly review business processes to identify areas for improvement and minimize operational risk.
  • Workflow Design: Assist in formulating workflow designs that align with system capabilities and business needs.
  • Business Process Re-engineering: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements, including gap analysis and change management.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with internal and external parties to execute and follow up on process improvements and new initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly reports with data analysis to highlight improvement areas for management decision-making.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business users and IT to understand requirements and enhance system functionality.
  • System Integration: Ensure smooth transition of migration and integration processes for different business systems.
  • Project Deployment: Assist in managing project deployment, implementation, and support, including designing implementation processes and conducting UAT.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including proposal preparation, project monitoring, and coordination.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Education: University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Statistics, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in the telecommunications service industry and/or with IT knowledge and background.
  • Skills: Solid experience in project management and control procedures, customer and result-oriented, energetic, and well-organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical ability to identify key issues and solutions systematically, proficiency in MS Office applications, and good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
