Job Description:

The Credit Analyst II role is an intermediate-level position responsible for credit risk management functions on retail unsecured lending business. This includes conducting credit policy formation and reviews, portfolio monitoring, and risk migration actions. The overall objective of this role is to manage Citi's credit risk strategy and management in retail lending business.

Responsibilities:
  • Support senior credit risk managers in data project and risk analysis.
  • Oversight and management of data projects to ensure they operate according to expectations.
  • Work with large datasets and complex algorithms to solve data science challenges.
  • Perform regular monitoring and validation on the performance of unsecured lending portfolios.
  • Ensure all credit processes follow company policies and requirements set out by local and lead regulators through effective execution of control programs such as self-assessment, quality assurance, and application audit.
  • Escalate credit concerns and updates to senior risk and business managers and propose risk mitigation actions.
  • Assist with portfolio review preparation and conducting stress tests.
  • B build working relationships with various teams across the bank, including central data, policy, and product teams.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit risk analysis in Cards and Unsecured Lending products.
  • Experience in managing regulatory reporting.
  • Proficient in handling mass data and able to interpret results with critical analysis.
