Financial Product Manager

About the RoleThis role focuses on developing and executing initiatives to strengthen our Treasures proposition, delivering acquisition campaigns through selected channels to drive Treasures customers intake, and creating effective communication plans to engage new-to-bank international Treasures customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance the Treasures proposition
- Design and implement effective acquisition campaigns to drive Treasures customer growth
- Create communication plans to engage new-to-bank international Treasures customers
- Support regional projects to strengthen international corridors
- Assist in completing customer offer fulfillment tasks
- Design dashboards using QlikSense or Excel for management reporting
- Own and develop the international Treasures proposition
- Assist in formulating marketing strategies and communications to drive international Treasures customer growth
- Review and evaluate campaign efficiency
- Provide regular updates on key competitors' marketing efforts
- Liaise with business units, branches, and channels to ensure smooth deployment of marketing campaigns
- Maintain effective relationships and communicate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure smooth implementation of marketing campaigns, adhering to compliance guidelines
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
- Sound knowledge of Consumer Banking Business
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, results-driven, and ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Willingness to take on new tasks and assignments as needed
- Excellent teamwork skills, strong communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in Affluent/Mass Segment Management and/or Product Marketing
