Job Title: Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth within a defined territory of pharmaceutical products in our Established Pharmaceuticals Division. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed annual and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships within the territory.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate territory and customer records.
  • Attend regular departmental meetings to provide feedback and updates.
  • Ensure all activities within the territory are executed with professionalism and comply with Abbott standards and Code of Conduct.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, preferably in Science.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-oriented with a focus on achieving job expectations.
  • Good English and fluent Cantonese language skills. Fair Mandarin is preferred.
