Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead our team of business analysts in driving, managing and supporting various projects initiated by Customer Operation and other departments. The successful candidate will ensure successful implementation and delivery by following the prescribed standard and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • To oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to management of any post-implementation issues.
  • To define and maintain the roadmap in close cooperation with business stakeholders.
  • To manage the backlog of change requests and agree on shifting priorities with the user community.
  • To steer/facilitate regular project meetings and follow up with project team members as needed to address business, operational and technical issues.
  • To monitor project issues to ensure timely resolution with minimal impact on progress.
  • To review project implementation documents from the user's perspective to ensure proper functioning of all related operational systems and workflows.
  • To produce effective progress reports to keep senior management informed of project status, major risks and issues, scope changes, resources changes, and milestone achievements or setbacks.
  • To formulate communication and promotion plans in uplifting usage of various digital platforms and execute campaigns with regular review to monitor the effectiveness of the campaigns, identify areas of improvement in campaign design, and determine whether the campaign should be extended to drive greater usage.
  • To anticipate and identify potential issues and emerging business opportunities in Customer Operation through project handling, trend and data analysis. To recommend feasible solutions and actions to Senior Management. Drive changes & recommend best practices and policies for continuous improvement in Customer Operations.
  • To ensure maximum contribution of each team member through concise assessments and effective mobilization of team resources. Prioritize work based on up-to-date information and practical needs to ensure the delivery of quality outcomes according to the agreed project schedule. Foster regular and continuous staff nurturing, career development, and growth opportunities.
  • To manage the team on a day-to-day basis and resolve problems escalated by team members.

Requirements

  • A degree holder in any discipline, preferably with a background in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Data Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant practical project management experience, with at least 4 years in a management-level role.
  • Proven ability to lead the delivery of scalable projects.
  • Strong experience in UI/UX and testing/quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in preparing executive reports and effectively articulating information to top management.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese is a must). Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management skills and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Access, Visio.
  • Experience in data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive and proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders and work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Capable of working under tight timelines and delivering results.
  • Excellent people management with a strong desire to lead by example.

Estimated Salary: HKD $80,000 - HKD $120,000 per month
