We are seeking a talented Operations Business Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in implementing our company's strategic targets and operational goals with Simpler, Faster, More Connected and Agile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to management on planning department initiatives, including allocating resources, identifying potential risks, and setting up expected deliverables.
• Supervise dynamic project team members to work on the full cycle of project execution, ensuring smooth and timely project execution.
• Interact with end-users, validate business requirements, and user stories with relevant acceptance criteria.
• Monitor overseas operation service team's work efficiency and quality, including on-site business visits.
• Ensure team operations are compliant with company guidelines and regulatory requirements, obtaining relevant licenses if necessary, and organizing periodic audits as needed.
• Supervise the project team, maintain a positive and cooperative team spirit, and deliver training on subject matter expertise to different parties.
• Lead the Agile project team, monitor project processes, encourage and support project team members to promote closer working relationships, knowledge transfer, and coordinate efforts to overcome difficult or time-consuming issues.

Requirements:

• University degree holder (preferably in insurance, computer science, and business fields) with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in insurance companies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, able to motivate, coach, and monitor project progress status.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Accountable with a strong sense of customer centricity.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst.
