**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the engineering team in design development and coordination, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to develop and implement project plans, ensuring that all engineering activities are aligned with the project objectives.
  • Oversee the planning and procurement of engineering resources, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are available to support project delivery.
  • Ensure that all installation works are executed on site to the highest safety and quality standards, in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and contractors.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and engineering processes.

**Requirements:**

  • **Education:** Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines.
  • **Experience:** At least 4 years' experience in HVAC / MVAC/ P&D / FS, preferably with main contractors or E&M contractors.
  • **Skills:** Strong experience in site installation, details-oriented, strong safety awareness, problem-solving skills, independent, and able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
  • **Language:** Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
