About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Lead in Battery Materials to join our team at Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for leading research efforts in the development of new battery materials, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials science and engineering, with experience in battery research and development. A Master of Science degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is required, and a PhD is highly desirable.

You will be responsible for developing new products and technologies in the field of energy storage, working closely with project team members and key partners to ensure favorable R&D project outcomes and product launches.
