Treasury Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire Treasury function, leading a team that covers control, liquidity, and cash management.
  • Provide strategic advice on currency risks, interest rate management, and debt arrangements.
  • Proactively work on improving the company's fund management operating protocols and formulate fund management solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external counsel, rating agencies, and bank facility agents regarding treasury needs.
  • Build and maintain strong banking relationships, both domestically and globally.

Role Requirements:

  • A degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 15+ years of experience working within Treasury functions of a large multinational corporation.
  • Experience working in China and international markets is essential.
  • Proven leadership experience, as well as the ability to work with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • A strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including those of Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China, as well as syndicated loans.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to work in a global matrix environment.
