- Investigate solutions aimed at optimizing products, minimizing costs, enhancing revenue, and improving operational efficiency through thorough data analysis.
- Support departmental budget management by monitoring budgetary progress and forecasting user numbers, revenue, and other operational metrics to aid in business decision-making.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, and Requirements Gathering, with prior experience in the telecommunications sector being advantageous.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and a quick learning ability to adapt to new projects and disciplines.
- A self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for making impactful contributions and possessing solid business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills to navigate business requirements and facilitate discussions among stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and word processing applications.
- Fluency in spoken and written Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin, along with a good command of English.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of (Senior) Business Analyst.
