Job Description

As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our customers achieve their business goals through digital transformation. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding their business strategy, and providing them with industry-relevant and business value insights.

Your primary objective will be to facilitate the adoption of Microsoft's cloud solutions among our customers, ensuring they maximize their business outcomes and experience. This will involve strategic thinking about sales territories, setting standards and priorities, and outlining where to leverage specialized and technical resources.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and advocate for customers within the organization.
  • Ensure continuity of customer accounts and monitor customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive cloud adoption among customers.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address customer needs.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in technology-related sales or account management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft's product landscape, solutions, and strategy in the assigned industry.
