Job Title: Assistant Manager, Underwriting, Life Operations (Case Handling)
Position OverviewThis role involves developing and implementing underwriting and operational frameworks, ensuring quality standards in new business processing, and conducting underwriting assessments. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Main Responsibilities- Establish and Maintain Underwriting Processes
- Monitor New Business Processing Efficiency
- Undertake Underwriting Evaluations
- Collaborate with Team Members to Enhance Performance
- Verify Compliance with Regulatory Requirements
- Participate in Quality Assurance Activities
To be successful in this position, you will require:
- University Education or Equivalent, Preferably with Insurance Industry Knowledge
- At Least 6 Years of Experience in Life and Medical Insurance Underwriting
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Capabilities
- Effective Communication and Teamwork Skills
- Ability to Thrive in a Dynamic Environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
