About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening the selling process and investment suitability framework within the Front Office, providing guidance on suitability and selling processes, conducting risk-based monitoring and reviews, and preparing reports.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the First Line of Defense (FLD) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the selling process and investment suitability framework, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the Front Office to provide guidance on suitability and selling processes, ensuring that clients receive personalized and tailored advice.
- Conduct regular risk-based monitoring and reviews of the Front Office, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- University Degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business administration.
- A minimum of 5-9 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with a focus on risk management and compliance.
- Proven experience in first-line defense roles, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
