About the Role
- This is a critical position that requires a deep understanding of the sensor industry, including its applications in automotives, home electrical appliances, industrial control, office automation, and intelligent security.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base, primarily focusing on emerging markets.
- Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, and staying updated on the latest sensor technologies and applications.
- Frequent travel to China and Southeast Asia is required to maintain and develop business relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sensor or electronics industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise, as well as knowledge of sensor applications in various industries.
- An engineering background or studies is a significant plus.
