As a Procurement Officer, you will support the Procurement Section on purchasing-related matters and provide administrative support to internal buyers on reviewing tender documents. You will also monitor compliance with procurement activities and provide guidance to internal user departments against guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Procurement Section in purchasing-related matters
  • Provide administrative support to internal buyers on reviewing tender documents
  • Monitor compliance with procurement activities and provide guidance to internal user departments
  • Support the maintenance of the Approved Supplier List
  • Liaise and facilitate Tender Board Meetings, preparing necessary documents such as price analysis and summary of tender submissions
  • Review contracts/agreements for awarded tenders, ensuring terms and conditions are met
  • Prepare procurement training materials, analysis, and reports for management review
  • Maintain the Procurement Webpage
  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Purchasing, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience in sizable organisations; NGO/public sector experience advantageous
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and independent
  • Multi-tasking, able to meet tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
Remuneration and Benefits:

A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
