Job Description:

Fleet Management Limited is seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to join our team in Hong Kong SAR, China. As a key member of the Procurement Department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining effective systems, data, and status information related to supplier contracts and financial entitlements.

The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, and be comfortable with learning new IT systems. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining contract database and list of approved vendors, ensuring timely notifications to category managers when contracts lapse.
  • Assisting in evaluating suppliers during empanelment and renewal processes.
  • Communicating with suppliers to maintain accurate information and tracking unapproved vendors used.
  • Maintenance of Supplier Quality database and monitoring feedback on vendor performance.
  • Liaising with Buyers and Accounts department regarding invoice payment status and updating vendors.
  • Collecting and processing overdue invoices from technical teams for consolidated payment.
  • Ensuring contracts and related documents are scanned and registered within relevant systems.
  • Document housekeeping as per company requirements.
  • Delivering procurement improvement and enhancement projects as directed by the GM Strategic Sourcing.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field, preferably system or change projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and proficiency in MS SharePoint, Microsoft Power BI & Power Automate is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a well-structured approach to work.
  • A degree in supply chain, logistics, business, law, finance, or a related field from a recognized institution is preferred.
  • Understanding of contract lifecycle management and ability to lead and monitor execution of contract management policies and frameworks.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of HKD 40,000 - HKD 60,000 per month, depending on experience, along with additional benefits, including medical insurance, annual leave, and training opportunities.
