**Job Description**

  • Develop and implement WPB platform transformation plans and innovations to drive business strategy execution.
  • Lead and manage key WPB transformation initiatives through agile value streams, collaborating with internal groups, local teams, and external suppliers.
  • Collaborate with WPB business units on IT project prioritization, leveraging business case analysis to optimize IT resources usage.
  • Provide governance of transformation projects and coordinate WPB governance meetings to oversee infrastructure, operations, technology, change initiatives, and third-party distribution partners.
  • Work with WPB business units to identify process streamlining and re-engineering opportunities, overseeing project progress and benefits realization.

**Requirements**

  • A seasoned financial services professional with experience in customer journey design, technology, and digital transformation, preferably in wealth management and personal banking.
  • Proven track record of effective project management, including planning, decision-making, priority setting, and successful project completion.
  • Strong team leadership skills to manage project teams and engage with diverse stakeholders, coach and support teams at different levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, conceptual and analytical capabilities, and acute business direction sense.
  • High proficiency in Chinese and English, as well as a university degree in a relevant discipline or professional qualification.

**Compensation Package**: We offer a competitive salary range HKD 2,500,000 - HKD 4,500,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
