The Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Product Sourcing Specialist to join our Merchandising team of 6-8 members.
  • The successful candidate will respond professionally to inquiries from internal and external customers, handling calls and emails efficiently.
  • Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries by providing excellent customer service, updating customers on order status, product pricing, and coordinating payment and shipping instructions.
  • Frequent follow-ups will be required to ensure shipments are confirmed by customers in a timely manner.
  • Candidates should possess good communication skills in English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer support, sales coordination, order processing, or merchandising in the garment, trims, textiles, or packaging industries is essential.
  • This role does not require any travel, and employees work a standard 5-day week (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) with 12 days of annual leave.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Candidates should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of garment trims and packaging products is essential.
