About the Role

Crypto.com is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our exchange team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge trading platform solutions.

You will work closely with the product management team to optimize existing models and develop new ones, ensuring seamless and secure trading experiences for clients.

We are looking for someone who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, identify problems in back-end infrastructure, and implement innovative solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop full-stack solutions for our derivatives exchange platform.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to continuously optimize and develop new models.
  • Participate in code audits, testing, and release processes.
  • Build automated testing, continuous integration, and delivery pipelines.
  • Identify and implement solutions for back-end infrastructure issues.
  • Analyze and resolve cross-stack problems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in programming in Java.
  • Experience at an Investment Bank, Hedge Fund, or Exchange developing trading applications in Equity, FX, or Derivative products is preferred.
  • Familiarity with TDD methodology and automated testing is essential.
  • Strong desire to improve processes, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility for tasks.
  • Able to work under pressure, fast learner, and adaptable to changing priorities.
