Job Overview:

As a Global Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by leading cross-functional teams and projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Program – Employee to manage and monitor IT project costs and budget.
  • Act as a project manager for timely and quality delivery of specific initiatives.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A university degree.
  • PMP certification or similar desirable.
  • At least 8 years' work experience as a Project Manager/PMO for Global/Regional/Multi-country initiatives.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end project life cycles and leading multiple concurrent projects involving multiple internal/external, local/global stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
