Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Research Leader in Biostatistics to join our team at the City University of Hong Kong. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced scholar to lead research initiatives, teach and mentor students, and contribute to departmental service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an active research program in biostatistical methodology and collaborative research
  • Teach effectively at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
  • Mentor students and provide guidance on research projects
  • Contribute to departmental service, including administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Department
Requirements

A PhD degree in Biostatistics/Statistics or related quantitative fields is required. The appointee should possess a distinguished academic record, demonstrated leadership skills, and a strong commitment to graduate and undergraduate education.

Salary and Benefits

The remuneration package will be driven by market competitiveness and individual performance. The salary range for this position is HK$900,000 - HK$1,200,000 per annum, plus excellent fringe benefits including gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes, and relocation assistance (where applicable).
