Job Overview:

We are seeking a self-starter Client Success Manager to manage a group of 10+ clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding each client's needs and developing strategies to engage and interact with employees, promoting a positive work environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Understand client needs and develop customized engagement plans
  • Pro-actively come up with creative solutions to improve client satisfaction
  • Engage with all levels within client organizations
  • Plan and arrange staff activities in collaboration with our events team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform ad-hoc work or projects as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Minimum 2 years of experience in client management, preferably managing multiple accounts simultaneouslyEvent planning experienceAbility to present ideas, write proposals, and communicate effectively with all levels of employeesCreative thinking for idea generation and problem-solvingFluent Cantonese and English language skillsStrong teamwork and communication skills
