The Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with at least 1 year of experience in banking or finance to assist our credit team with credit monitoring and documentation tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ongoing credit position monitoring post-drawdown.
  • Regularly review and verify company information from the companies registry to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Implement and manage watermark monitoring processes to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
  • Verify client documents to ensure strict compliance with credit approval terms.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on credit monitoring activities and findings.
  • Collaborate with operations and risk management teams to improve credit positions.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in finance, accounting, or business-related fields preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in bank corporate or financial industry in monitoring, administration, and documentation.
  • Proficient in using Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and filter functions.
  • Fluent in English and Putonghua required.
  • Open to travel as needed.

Salary: approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
