The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day operations are seamless with sufficient resources and updating stakeholders in the event of resource shortages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting policies and procedures that are consistent with regulatory and bank requirements.
- Formulate, drive, and implement process enhancement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Optimize resources based on operational tasks of respective teams, including resources required for projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Attend to customers and other stakeholders' enquiries promptly and diligently in matters related to banknotes trade settlement.
Requirements:
- Associate degree/Higher diploma or above with minimum 2 years in banking industry, supply chain management/import & exports industry, ideally with exposure in banknotes operation management.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus.
- Efficient and accurate processing of operational functions with strong sense of accuracy, detail-minded.
