Senior Product Manager

About the Position

This is a mid-senior level position that requires 8+ years of experience in product management and/or product marketing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and a thorough understanding of product life cycles, UX principles, engineering constraints, and design thinking.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences through market research and customer meetings.
  2. Collaborate with Design, UX, and Engineering teams to create innovative products that meet customer expectations.
  3. Drive prototype creation and review processes to improve product experiences and iterate on designs based on customer feedback.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and drive innovation.
  5. Effectively prioritize and deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing demands and deadlines.
Requirements
  1. 8+ years of demonstrable experience in product management and/or product marketing positions.
  2. Excellent communication (oral & written) skills in English.
  3. Thorough understanding of product life cycles, UX principles, engineering constraints, and design thinking.
  4. Experience with global customers and developing products used in multiple cultures and/or by multiple user groups.
  5. Ability to take calculated risks and stand behind your choices with sound business acumen.
  6. Active learner with a desire to understand all the forces at play.
  7. Ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment and to effectively collaborate in cross-functional, diverse teams.
  8. Quickly grasp technology constraints and capabilities, to devise creative yet pragmatic solutions.
  9. Ability to deal with ambiguity and guide other team members through it.
  10. Passion for consumer electronics and technology with a keen interest in industry issues and competitors.
  11. The best candidate will be curious, insightful, and creative, with a strong entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
  12. Experience with Headsets, headphones or Audio products is a plus.
