About This Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Network Security Specialist to join Classy Wheeler Limited's IT department. The successful candidate will have the chance to utilize their technical expertise and business acumen to drive the development and delivery of secure and innovative IT solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Take part in the entire IT service management lifecycle to ensure that all aspects of IT service management are met.
  2. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of IT services.
  3. Provide technical support and training related to IT services, including conducting technology and vendor evaluations.
  4. Work closely with Engineering and Product Development to ensure seamless service design, transition, operation, and ongoing improvement.
  5. Write service-related technical documents and integrate products with internal systems.
  6. Assist the presales and sales teams with complex solution design.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years' work experience in system/network/security administration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in designing medium to large-scale infrastructure and/or virtualization projects.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: UTM, NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, SIEM, Email Security Gateway, End Point Security, UEBA.
  • Knowledge of server and network virtualization and administration.
  • Holding a security-related certification such as CISSP, CCNP Security, NSE, or PCNSE.
  • ITIL Foundation or above.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin language skills.
  • Self-motivation, passion for learning new technologies, ability to work independently, and willingness to take up challenges.
