Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust PR strategy tailored for the event, including live press announcements and media coverage, in coordination with the appointed PR agency.
  • Develop and present a compelling sponsorship package.
  • Craft and edit essential key messages to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Craft and edit press releases to match the communications calendar, in coordination with event leadership and the PR agency.
  • Prepare impactful messages and visuals for a continuous stream of social media output.
  • Engage and manage media relations and outreach to ensure maximum event exposure.
  • Implement issues troubleshooting methods and crisis management strategies to ensure quick and precise communication.
  • Provide key points for panel discussions, keynote speeches, and young leaders' forums promptly in Traditional Chinese and English.
  • Lead a team to produce a detailed transcript of summit discussions in Traditional and Simplified Chinese and English.
  • Collaborate with the Event Director to draft a white paper summarizing summit insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with the Event Director to deliver a comprehensive post-event report, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
