Job Title: Regional Store Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Store Project Manager to join our team at Christian Dior Couture. As a key member of our store development team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating store openings, retrofits, maintenance, and procurement for the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate store openings, retrofits, maintenance, and procurement for the Asia Pacific region, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with department heads and country heads to plan and execute store development projects, ensuring that they meet target objectives, budget, and timelines.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, suppliers, and landlords, ensuring that all contracts are negotiated and managed effectively.
  • Monitor and control project schedules and costs, ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and on time.
  • Conduct site visits and store visits to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Prepare project budgets and procurements, ensuring that all costs are accurately accounted for.
  • Evaluate risks and make decisions to ensure that all projects are completed successfully.
  • Liaise with Paris Architect and other departments to determine needs and timelines.
  • Keep strong communication with all stakeholders and other departments, both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Degree or relevant professional qualifications in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline with a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
  • Good knowledge of quality suppliers and building materials.
  • Experience in Retail/Construction background is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking in Procurement, Vendors Management, and Project Management.
  • Good commercial and aesthetic sense.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Multitasking, able to work under pressure within a demanding environment.
  • Able to work independently and as a team and self-motivated.
  • Able to identify risk management initiatives.
  • Able and willing to travel.
  • Proficient in CAD, Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Photoshop.
