About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of internal applications to support business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and maintain internal applications to support various business initiatives.
  2. Drive project delivery across the entire life cycle – concept, design, build, deploy, test, release, and support.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, build, test, and realize products.
  4. Work together with developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the platform.
  5. Keep up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mobile/application development.
  3. Proficiency in programming languages including Swift, Objective-C, Java, Xcode, and Android SDK.
  4. Hands-on experience with HTML5, XML, JavaScript, JSP, PHP, Django, Python, MySQL, JSON, RESTful API, AWS is required.
  5. Desirable experience in managing external projects.
  6. Familiarity with DevOps, Agile/Scrum practices, Social APIs, and digital marketing is an asset.
  7. Strong security knowledge.
  8. Fast learner with a passion for new technologies.
  9. Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
  10. Fluent Mandarin is an asset.
