About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Mass Transit Railway Quality Manager. The role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our operations and implementing processes for continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Engineering or Science, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in total quality management or engineering management, including at least 2 years at a supervisory level. A strong understanding of railway operations and business improvement techniques is essential, as well as proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs and certification schemes for quality management.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on quality performance metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.
