About the Position: Finance Associate - Liquidity Manager

As a Finance Associate - Liquidity Manager at Funded Club, you'll play a pivotal role within our finance team, focusing on managing liquidity and overseeing loan operations. Your responsibilities will include facilitating loan disbursements, conducting customer onboarding and due diligence, and managing loan portfolios. Additionally, you'll ensure data integrity, monitor lending activities, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage liquidity and oversee loan operations
  • Ensure transaction record data integrity
  • Monitor lending book and credit limits
  • Coordinate finance operations with internal and external parties
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Experience in finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
  • Chartered Accountant (CPA) qualification
  • Proficiency in cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
  • Prior experience in lending business is advantageous
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Familiarity with credit, lending, and money lending ordinances is a plus

Experience

  • Prior experience as a practicing accountant
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Demonstrates accountability and responsibility
  • Possesses excellent critical thinking skills
