Product Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability for the product groups by developing effective business plans, executing sales enablement programs, and maintaining vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Enablement: Assist in creating and executing business plans to achieve revenue targets, including forecasting and planning for product groups with vendors.
  • Marketing Programs: Implement sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners to support product group objectives.
  • Market Research: Develop an understanding of markets, customers' needs, and competition to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in designing effective inventory management systems, including turns, fulfillment, and obsolescence minimization.
  • Reporting: Provide various reports for commercial decision-making purposes.
  • Vendor Relationships: Maintain and develop operational-level vendor relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and continuously improve performance.
  • Sales Team Support: Support the sales team to perform at optimum levels for the relevant product group, requiring a close working relationship with the Channels Sales Team.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience required.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology/Marketing/Business Studies/Engineering or equivalent.
  • Data Entry Skills: Strong data entry skills are necessary.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to demonstrate complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and other local/regional languages is essential.
  • Presentations: Ability to create and conduct formal presentations.
  • Negotiation: Skillful negotiation and persuasive communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
